We’re commitment to positively impacting our customers, communities and environment while creating a workplace where each employee is valued and respected. And our employees show their caring spirit throughout the year by donating time and talents to organizations who support the communities where we live and work.

Matching Gifts Program

Unum sponsors a matching gifts program that lets us directly support our employees' philanthropic efforts to qualified nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Gifts to qualified nonprofit organizations are matched $1 for $1 according to the guidelines.
